As a sexuality workshop facilitator and the education- coordinator at Venus Envy, Shannon is passionate about her work and approaches sex and sexuality with a fun, frisky, vibrant, sex-positive and inclusive attitude. She has a background in human sexuality and gender studies with a focus on the intersection of sex and gender practices, the function of desire and the erotic, and the components of great sex. She also has a background in naturopathic health with a focus on reproductive health and sexual functioning. Shannon loves to talk to people about sex and sexuality and learns a great deal from these conversations whether facilitating workshops, lecturing at a university or working at the store.
